Marcus Johnson began his legal career in Boise, Idaho at a civil litigation firm handling business and contractual disputes, intellectual property law, and construction issues. While attending law school, Marcus served as an extern law clerk for the Honorable B. Lynn Winmill in the United States District Court, District of Idaho. Marcus joined RM&D in 2018. His practice areas include general civil litigation, business disputes, construction defect litigation, land use, real estate development, and defense of real estate broker/agent errors and omissions claims.
When he is not at the office, Marcus can typically be found spending time with family and friends on Lake Coeur d’Alene, golfing, or skiing.
