Nathan Ohler began his legal career in Boise specializing in civil defense litigation involving contractual disputes, government entities, federal claims and construction defect matters, where he gained significant experience in pre and post-trial motion practice, agency law, and claims brought under the U.S. Constitution and civil rights statutes. 

Since joining Ramsden, Marfice, Ealy & Harris in 2016, Mr. Ohler’s practice has focused on general civil litigation, real property law, and business transactions and disputes.
