Mr. Ramsden has tried numerous personal injury and professional malpractice defense cases, as well as many cases involving issues of product liability, personal injury, employment, commercial and business transactions, and governmental tort and civil rights issues. Mr. Ramsden's civil litigation experience covers an array of insurance and business related claims. He has represented medical doctors, lawyers, accountants, and other business professionals in Idaho and Washington.
