Mr. Gabbert has over ten years of experience as a litigator in trial and appellate proceedings in both state and federal courts. He has also served as legal counsel for a variety of local government entities, providing counsel on all areas of governance, including regulatory and administrative compliance. Since joining Ramsden, Marfice, Ealy & Harris in 2008 (then Ramsden & Lyons), Mr. Gabbert’s practice has emphasized land use development, eminent domain, commercial and transactional law, foreclosure law, and all aspects of civil litigation.

Mr. Gabbert has mediated and litigated a broad range of civil matters, ranging from personal injury matters and property disputes to dissolutions of business entities and complex government takings claims. Mr. Gabbert also has extensive appellate practice experience.
